art & movement & mindfulness

ART KID sessions are managed by a special educator and an art tutor. We interlace art activities with body movement and mindfulness practices to create a perfect environment to get in touch with yourself and build meaningful connections with others.

If you're an adult,  use ART KID as a tool to reconnect with your inner child. If you are a parent, give your kid a privilege to be an old-school child again and create something not as a subject for evaluation  but for the sole purpose of fun, while connecting with peers and learning more about their emotions. Or come together to our family workshops to spend some quality time!

We created a space and time for everyone to escape stress, pressure, fear of judgement and channel  creativity, relaxation and joy instead.

We have one rule though: forget about the result, focus on the process and have fun!
