Emotion Monsters! Kids 3-9 years old

What does fear look like? Or joy? What color is your anger? Can you draw your calm?

In this playful and meaningful workshop, kids will dive into the world of emotions by creating their own Emotion Monsters! Using colorful paper, googly eyes, yarn, stickers, and other fun materials, each child will bring to life a set of little creatures that represent different feelings—big or small, loud or quiet.

We’ll gently talk about how all emotions are okay and how we can spot them, name them, and express them in safe, creative ways. This process helps children build emotional literacy, while also having lots of fun.

Each young artist will leave with their very own monster crew—and a little more confidence in understanding their feelings.
