🧳 Feelings on the Move
A creative family workshop about emotions, change, and connection
In life, we move — to new cities, new homes, new schools, new phases. But our feelings move with us. They pack themselves invisibly into our days: the excitement of a fresh start, the fear of the unknown, the sadness of saying goodbye, the joy of discovering something new.
In this warm and playful workshop, families are invited to explore those inner journeys together. Using accessible art materials, we’ll each create our own emotional suitcase — a symbolic, colorful container filled with drawings, textures, and small crafted objects that represent the emotions we carry.
Children and parents will:
Reflect on what they’ve brought with them (memories, emotions, dreams)
