Self-portrait bricolage | 10 - 12 years | 40€

This time our principal creative activity is creating a self-portrait with fragments of colored papers and other decorative elements. This activity boosts creativity and self-perception of a child, reduces stress and delevops spacial thinking. We will make accent on making this process as mindful as possible, pausing to breath and notice how the kids feel at the moment. Every 20-30 minutes or sooner, based on the involvement of the group, we will introduce active pauses with dynamic games and movement, as well as simple mindfulness practices to keep track of emotions at here and now.
