About the event
Paying a tribute to mother nature by crafting a cute stick toy and decorating it with colorful yarn! We will make accent on making this process as mindful as possible, pausing to breath and notice how the kids feel at the moment. Every 20-30 minutes or sooner, based on the involvement of the group, we will introduce active pauses with dynamic games and movement.
