Superhero Self-Portrait / 4-9 years old

Every child is a superhero in their own unique way! In this fun and empowering art & self-expression workshop, kids will create a self-portrait as a superhero—imagining their special powers, costumes, and heroic mission.

What We’ll Do:

🎨 Creative Drawing & Painting – Kids design and illustrate their superhero alter ego. Will they have super speed, healing hands, or the power of kindness? It’s all up to their imagination!

🦸 Character Development – Through storytelling and role-play, kids bring their superheroes to life, giving them a name, powers, and a mission to help the world.

💃 Movement & Power Poses – We'll activate our inner strength through dynamic superhero stances, boosting confidence and self-expression.

✨ Mindfulness & Self-Discovery – A short reflection exercise will help kids recognize their real-life strengths and what makes them special.
