About the event
This workshop offers children aged 8 to 12 the opportunity to create their own mini Zen garden. Each participant will receive a small pot, a selection of plants, fresh grass, and decorative elements to design their personalized tranquil garden. Wearing gloves and aprons to keep clean, children will explore different textures and arrange their plants to craft a harmonious space.
Following the hands-on activity, the workshop continues with mindful social games and guided discussions aimed at fostering focus, relaxation, and connection. The workshop is designed to encourage creativity while promoting mindfulness and attention. The environment is calm, nature-inspired, and supportive of creative expression.
